1. Identification of the Vendor
JM. SOLESME, a “société par actions simplifiée” (simplified joint-stock company), is duly organised and existing under the laws of France, with a share capital of 1,000 euros. JM.SOLESME is registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under no. 980 939 433 R.C.S. Paris, and its Intracommunity VAT number is FR 10980939433. The registered office is located at 16 Passage du Petit Cerf, 75017 Paris, FRANCE.
2. Scope and Acceptance of the General Terms of Sale
The purchase of products offered on the website www.solesme.com (hereafter the “Website”) is subject to these general terms of sale (hereafter the “GTS”).
SOLESME products (hereafter the “Products”) are intended to be sold exclusively to end consumers, natural persons, or legal entities (hereafter the “Customers”).
Resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers are excluded.By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these GTS. SOLESME reserves the right to update the GTS at any time. The GTS in effect at the time of the order will govern the transaction and are available for review on the Website at [https://www.solesme.com/fr/legals/conditions-generales](https://www.solesme.com/fr/legals/conditions-generales).
3. Terms of the Order
Placing an order on the Website requires acceptance of the GTS and the prices and Products listed. The order process is as follows:
1. Product Choice: The Customer selects the desired Product(s).
2. Basket Review: The Customer reviews the basket contents and can remove unwanted items.
3. Identification: The Customer provides necessary identification details, including name, email, and delivery address.
4. Order Review: The Customer verifies the order details, including delivery and billing addresses, and confirms acceptance of the GTS.
5. Order Confirmation: An email summarizing the order details is sent to the Customer.
6. **Shipping Confirmation**: Once the order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer, which concludes the sales contract.A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
4. Product Availability
Product availability and prices on the Website are subject to change and stock levels. If a Product is unavailable after an order is placed, SOLESME will notify the Customer and provide options to either select an alternative Product or cancel the order at no cost.

Prices are listed in Euros and other selectable currencies. Prices include taxes but exclude customs duties for orders outside the EU. Prices are subject to change without notice but are fixed once an order is placed.
Payment methods include Visa, CB, Mastercard, American Express, and various payment applications like PayPal, Alipay, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Payments are processed through secure channels.
6. Reservation of Ownership
Ownership of the Products remains with SOLESME until full payment is received. However, the Customer assumes the risk for the Products upon delivery.
7. Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery costs depend on the destination and order total. SOLESME is not responsible for customs actions, taxes, or delays. Orders are processed within 3 working days, with delivery typically taking 4 to 9 working days. Pre-order items may take longer.
The Customer must check the delivery for any defects before signing the carrier’s delivery note. Any delivery issues must be reported to the carrier within 3 working days and to SOLESME’s customer service.If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or other issues, SOLESME is not liable for non-delivery. Returned Products will not be redelivered.
8. Exchange Policy
SOLESME offers an exchange policy instead of refunds. Customers can exchange Products within 14 days of delivery, provided the Products are in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.To request an exchange, contact customer service at customercare@solesme.com to obtain a return authorisation number. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
9. Statutory Warranties
Products sold by SOLESME are covered by statutory warranties against defects and non-conformity as per French law (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).
Warranty claims must be made within 24 months of delivery or discovery of the defect. SOLESME will either repair or replace the defective Product or offer a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
10. After-Sales Service
SOLESME offers a paid after-sales service for Products that can be technically repaired. For repairs, contact customer service at customercare@solesme.com.
SOLESME makes no guarantee regarding the availability of spare parts but will strive to fulfil requests where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
SOLESME is not liable for any damages except those resulting from its failure to fulfil its obligations under these GTS.
12. Personal Data
SOLESME collects personal data during the registration and order process. This data is used solely for processing orders and providing services. It is protected in compliance with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customers can access, modify, or delete their data by contacting SOLESME at customercare@solesme.com.

13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of SOLESME. Reproduction or use of this content without permission is prohibited.
14. Force Majeure
SOLESME is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. SOLESME will notify Customers of such events and resume performance as soon as possible. Customers are not relieved of payment obligations due to force majeure.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction. However, Customers may seek mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods.In compliance with European regulations, SOLESME recognises the jurisdiction of courts based on the Customer’s residence for mandatory consumer protection provisions.
